The Ignite Festival is an annual Catholic youth event for anyone Year 8 upwards run by the Diocesan Youth Service for East Anglia.

Powerful Teaching and Passionate Prayer - these are just a few of the amazing experiences on offer, culminating with the option to participate in the Pilgrimage Walk to Walsingham on Bank Holiday Monday 6th May 2019.
At the heart of who we are and what do as Catholics is prayer, and the Ignite Festival is no exception to this where prayer is at the heart, through the celebration of Mass on the Sunday, times of adoration, reconciliation and music we are drawn into encounter with God.
Live music forms a large part of our Ignite Festival, contributing to both our prayer and also the entertainment with live perfomances from artists around the Diocese and beyond throughout the weekend.
The Ignite Festival is a time for growining in faith but also there is plenty of time for fun! With sumo suits, live music, sports, movie nights and more besides on offer throughout the Festival.
Throughout the Festival there will be amazing input from different speakers from comedian Tony Vino to talks from inspiring people encouraging us to grow in our faith and relationship with Christ.
On the Sunday afternoon there is designated time to pick from different workshops ranging from nerf battles, to learning about prayer, to Q&As with the Bishop, to sumo suit wrestling to art!
Tuck Shop and Merchandise
Whilst meals are catered for as part of the ticket price there will also be a tuck shop open at selected times throughout the Festival selling drinks and snacks. We will also have merchandise available to purchase. Bags are given out on arrival which will contain event information, a programme and Catholic freebies!
